Charitable Objects
	The objects of the Charity are to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Liverpool 8 and elsewhere any charitable purpose, and in particular charitable purposes which enhance the potential and quality of life for those who are disadvantaged or excluded from society by reason of poverty, special needs or other circumstances by: • The promotion, encouragement and development of the arts and the practice and performance of the arts • The advancement of education particularly in the arts and useful skills • The provision or assistance in the provision of recreational facilities for those who by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances, have need of such facilities • The protection and preservation of good health of those who are in danger of becoming addicted to or dependent upon or those who have already become so addicted or dependent upon legal or illegal drugs of any description.
