The Development & Evaluation Plan DEP is intended to provide Artskills with a clear and achievable programme of action that will ensure it continues to be an effective organisation that retains its commitment to its overall purpose and values.
Ongoing monitoring and evaluation is a central part of this development plan. This is intended to enable Artskills to assess how far its aims and objectives are being achieved. |

Key Evaluation Questions
As part of this ongoing evaluation we will begin trying to address the following key questions over the next 12 months: |

Do the activities of Artskills continue to be consistent with its purpose statement? |

How can we ensure that Artskills values inform all aspects of its work in a meaningful way? |

Has the context in which Artskills operates changed in such a way to impact on its ability to achieve its aims and objectives? |

Are the inputs financial, material and human resources that Artskills is able to call upon sufficient to enable it to be effective? |

Is the process, or way in which we work, the most efficient and effective way of doing things and how do we ensure the highest possible quality of our work? |

What is the relationship between our short-term outputs and the longer-term outcomes that we would hope to see, and how can we begin to find out what these are? |

The contribution of all the key stakeholders in Artskills will be important in trying to answer these questions. This includes staff members, volunteers, Board members, training participants, partners and funders.
