What's New – Organisation
	Ben McCall, Manager and Company Secretary, is on secondment for the next sixteen months to the bigger picture - an Active Communities Demonstration Project, funded by the Home Office. A partnership across Halton & Warrington, led by the voluntary sector with active participation from the public sector. Ben plans to return in November 2002 reinvigorated by the experience - but will work for Artskills one day a month until then, to advise the Board and continue to represent Artskills at a strategic level. Ben has worked for Artskills for the last six years, being the first employee - setting up the project from scratch in 1995. This work has been positive, but hard and draining. He felt that ‘a change is as good as a rest’ so took up this opportunity will be back next year with renewed enthusiasm, skills and experience, to lead Artskills afresh.
