	Artskills is an active member of Merseyside Network for Europe - the Voluntary Sector Co-ordinator for funding and participation in European programmes, mainly the Merseyside Objective One Programme 2000-06 - via Manager, Ben McCall being Vice Chair of MNfE, rep on the Programme Monitoring Committee and Priority 3&4 Panel. MNfE has undergone a major change in the last few months, moving from contracting consultants Urban Strategy associates to deliver the service, to employing its own staff. Andy Churchill is now Chief Executive, Jim Farrell is European Officer and Helen Bradbury is Administrator. They are based in a new office on 6th Floor of the Cunard Building, Pier Head - above Government Office for the North West. They will shortly have email and a new Website, which this will link to.
