Geography
	Artskills core geographic area covers four Pathways areas of south and east Liverpool: Dingle, Granby Toxteth, Liverpool 1 and Parks. These areas are parts of the parliamentary constituencies of Riverside and Wavertree, including the New Deal for Communities area of Kensington and the Dingle Toxteth Education Action Zone. They contain some of the most deprived communities in the UK and also communities with some of the most significant historical and current legacies of neglect and resulting conflict. They also contain some of the most creative and adaptable people in the UK, with entrepreneurial zeal that is - of necessity - turned to survival as it is to economic, social and cultural development. However, Artskills also runs projects covering the whole of Merseyside and other specific areas or regions and provides services to organisations in other areas of the UK and Europe.
